Refund policy

• All sales are final.  Refunds will not be issued without prior permission
  
  
• All scheduling must be initiated through www.mindsetmatterswithsandra.com/services
  
  
• All required documents must be turned in prior to the first scheduled appointment/session
  
  
• Purchased must be made at least 3 days (72 hours) prior to the first appointment/session being scheduled
  
  
• If a bundle package is purchased, each appointment/session must be booked in a consecutive weekly timeframe until the number of appointments/sessions has been satisfied
  
  
• If an appointment/session is missed or cancelled at the last moment, you will forfeit that appointment/session and no compensation or refund will be considered. Everyone’s time is valuable, so please plan accordingly
  
  
• All cancellations or rescheduling of appointments/session must be completed 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment to avoid forfeiture or a cancellation fee of 50%
