Sandra Rojo - Author* Coach* Practitioner

I was born and raised in beautiful San Diego, California and I had the extreme good fortune to be raised by my stay-at-home mother. As a result, I felt nurtured and safe during my early childhood years. These formative years served as a great buffer to the painful struggles I was to later endure and provided the foundation of the high standards of integrity, determination, and trustworthiness I require of myself and others.

My parents encouraged and afforded me freedom of thought even if it differed with their own ideology. They taught me how to think critically and to accept personal accountability and responsibility for the consequences of my actions. This environment influenced a mindset that has helped me to develop and refine a unique ability to hold space for others and to help me be the change agent I feel I am meant to be.

There were a lot of life challenges, major grief & loss and sufferings, but because I always managed to see the silver lining in suffering, It was this unwavering perspective that fueled my determination to persist and refuse to surrender to the adversities within myself.

I was blessed to live and work in Italy for 12 years and across the United States. I love the fact that I speak several languages. As a European citizen I can live anywhere in Europe and where I currently travel to give workshops.

Today I can say that I fearlessly venture into the realms of pain, delving into the profound abyss. Through my journey, I've gained the wisdom to guide others through the dark night of their soul. In a sense, I serve as a midwife to this transformative process for my clients. It's in the depths of our most intense suffering, where we're lost and unsure, that we find the path leading not away from but through the fire. Conquering numerous life transitions, deaths, and losses has given me the courage and valor to navigate uncharted territories.

Things I enjoy and seek:
I value my mornings alone; this is where I pray and contemplate. I’m always cultivating my relationship with God. I enjoy time in nature, taking long walks and hiking. I enjoy photography, my Longhorn cattle, reading, any conversations that are thought-provoking, I enjoy cooking and baking, travel, nurturing my quality friendships.

I value integrity, courage, wisdom, freedom, loyalty, kindness, humor, tenderness in others, to name a few.

I strive to live authentically, to live in excellence, to be loyal to myself and others, to be of service with purpose, to deepen my spiritual life, cultivate inner peace by accepting that life is always changing and we are to adapt. To live in integrity, to do my inner work and walk the talk, to learn from my experiences and gain wisdom and so much more!
