A three-month personal commitment/financial investment is required for optimum results.

• Four 60-minute sessions per month, for three months
• Two questions per week relevant to prior coaching sessions and/or updates by client either by text, WhatsApp, or email.
• One weekly encouragement message, inspirational message, tip, or question to provoke critical thinking for client’s personal development and lasting lifestyle change

Sessions may include complementary and integrative therapies, depending on the needs. If you want to extend the service after the three month minimum, please inform Sandra in writing before the three month mark is completed.
